One of my favorites wines.

Vasse Felix produces a vibrant and refined Sauvignon Blanc Semillon through selecting premium parcels of fruit and fermenting a small portion of the blend in new French oak barriques. The final blend is aromatic and seamless and should be enjoyed now or cellared in the short to medium term. This is an easy drinking wine which can be enjoyed cold with lovely fresh seafood.
